Main projects I have worked on.

Holiday Inn
I managed the development and delivery of an online portal and database for centralised management of the biggest rebrand undertaking in the world - HolidayInn brand family change. A unique approach using the "getting real" technique by 37Signals allowed for fast-track delivery of the core part of the system in only two months.

Premier Inn
I managed a super ambitious 6 month rebrand programme of 500 Premier Inn hotels accross United Kingdom. I had to control a multi-million pound project, prepare tenders, choose suppliers, estimate, analyse and manage risks. This was a real logistical challenge.

Baroue / Kuwait
In conjunction with Gensler London architects I delivered a branding project in The Avenues shopping mall in Kuwait City/Kuwait for a newly developing brand Baroue. I had to cope with different climate, cultural differences between Europe and Middle East and face challenges with local working habits and routines.
